As of October 1, provider enrollment applications must be submitted using Ohio Medicaid's new Provider Network Management (PNM) Module. To access the PNM and Medicaid's single pharmacy benefit manager (SPBM) secure provider portal, providers need to create an OH|ID (Ohio's State Digital Identity Standard), required by the State of Ohio.
